Wearing new damaged denim vest, Carlings by Saints & Mortals.
I already mentioned my new biker boots but here’s another new staple item just for the record – the denim vest. Bought from Carlings, from a brand called Saints & Mortals. This one, yet again, bought a size too big so that I first now managed to take it in and sew it to fit me.
I almost think my vest gives me instant biker gang prospect credibility. Just. Almost.
Chose to wear white with the vest instead of my usual work day skull-print dark hued tees, you know, just so my gang prospect credibility wouldn’t rise to scarily heavenly heights. I need to have a second take at this outfit with some big curly vava-voom hair and fancier makeup and teamed it up with my Neon yellow pumps; that’d be my attempt for ‘Biker Barbie’.

I’m so pleased with that I finally managed to blog. I’ve worked three early morning shifts, I mean the 6AM ones, this week, so I’ve been all but fresh and blogworthy. Still need to write proper answers to some of the comments on previous post though; I got such great (and long) commments on the topic, you guys, thank you ♥
But so, tomorrow is Friday the 27th aka the start of the three-day Summer Sound Festival for electronic music! *eeeehh* I’ve got 3-day tickets and I can’t tell you how much I’ve been waiting for this weekend! Just hoping I’ll manage to rest properly and pump up enough energy for all of it.
Now, nap time and then, Batmaaaan! But hey. Who else is coming to Summer Sounds?! ♥
What a cool outfit, I really love your denim vest! Actually I’ve been looking for a denim vest for ages as well and I couldn’t find one which suited me a 100%, but I guess I have to keep on looking out for it.
Also, I like that you used white instead of the typical denim + black combo, it makes the coordinate more suitable for summer :)
Heyyy! Thanks for the comment, yeah, the denim vest is a good buy because you can wear it with almost anything, and it makes the outfit look less “nice girl” :)

Heips! Opiskelen tradenomiksi, itseasiassa pitäisi ihan mitä pikimmiten valmistua. Kurssit jo suoritettu, nyt opinnäytetyö meneillään ja vielä työharjoittelu tulossa.
Kun alotin opiskelut, ei tradenomeilla ollut sellasta varsinaista suuntautumista, nykyään tosin on. Mutta oon omatoimisesti suorittanut eniten markkinoinnin ja viestinnän kursseja, eli se olis mun suuntautuminen tavallaan :)
Siitä voi päätyä moniin eri hommiin, esim vaan jonkun firman markkinointi- tai viestinäosastolle, tai vaikkapa mainos- tai viestintätoimistoon.
Mulla on YO-tausta eli en niin tarkkaan tiedä noista merkonomijutuista, mutta sen tiedän että talouspuolen tyypeillä on varmin työllistyminen! Pääsee esim pankkiin aika helposti töihin, jos on hoitanut opiskelunsa hyvin :)
Myynnin KO:sta moni päätyy johonkin myyntitöihin, mutta niihin voi päästä ilman varsinaista koulutustakin ihan vaan työkokemuksella, jos niihin hommiin kaipailee ;)

I really like the outfit otherwise (and big luscious curls would be amazing with this!) but I do have to mention.. that the last picture looks a bit funny because of the way the top falls. It kind of looks like it’s a body not a top.. and yea. The crotch part is a bit funny, basically, haha. As said, I do like the combo of the top and the vest but you could try using some other shorts/jeans/(bodycon skirt? though that’s not a biker thing) with them instead. :)
