HauteKeikk.com is my personal blog for sharing and feeding my passion for style & fashion. My urge to blog comes from my love for writing, snapping photos, playing with Photoshop and tweaking web sites. As a 3rd year marketing major I also see this blog as an exceptionally inspiring marketing assignment.
As a college student working on the side and blogging only part-time I haven't yet carried out all of my plans for this blog, but I intend to revamp the blog fully in the near future. I wish to one day see this site grow into a relevant, respectable and most importantly inspiring style blog. If I manage to share ideas, thoughts and inspiration with this blog as well as to gain some on the way, I am one happy blogger.

About myself; In case we've already met, you'd most likely know me as the talkative, generally cheerful and outspoken young miss. Us Finns are typically identified as quiet, melancholic and stubborn around the world yet I feel like I've always been the opposite. Excluding the stubborn part, that is - but I'd rather think of it as 'determined'. And since my superficial blog may easily otherwise suggest, might I say that I am much more of a dork, recycling police, book person and bird watcher than you'd ever guess. What makes my world right now is sharing my life & building a future with the man of my life, my mr.B ♥ At the moment I am busy writing my thesis to finish my Uni business studies and working a reception job at a sports club on the side. My off-time is well spent with B and friends, working out, baking and well, blogging. I am currently temporarily staying at my family's, after living by myself for 2 years, because me and B are looking for a suitable apartment for us two to move in together. |
Behind the Blog Name
" keikk " pronounced like cake, my nickname and online alias
" haute " referring to the fashion term haute couture, reminding of the style side of the blog
ホットケーキ =hotcake, Japanese for pancakes. Almost like haute keikk.
